Do I have to deal with guests myself?

No. The service is designed to relieve the owner of day-to-day management. We take care of communications, organising the stay and coordinating operational activities.

Which portals is the property published on?

The property can be published on the main online booking channels, such as Airbnb, Booking and other selected portals, as well as on the direct-booking site.

How are prices and availability managed?

Prices and the calendar are monitored based on seasonality, demand, the property's location and local market trends, with the aim of improving occupancy and performance.

Can I keep some periods for personal use?

Yes. The owner can agree in advance any periods of personal use of the property, which will be blocked in the calendar.

What kind of properties do you manage?
